World Championship Update

The season may not be over yet, but we already have three World Champions at Specialized for next year.
Starting at the World Mountain Bike Championships Christoph Sauser added the World Cross Country Championship to his World Marathon Champs from last year. At the same event Rafa Alvarez won the World Championship in 4-Cross. Then 24-hour World Champion Rebecca Rusch defended her title in Canmore Alberta. Congradulations to all three of them!
Our other World Champions look great so far this year - Chris "Macca" McCormack won Ironman Germany in 7:59 and is on track for Kona this October. World Champ Conrad Stoltz is tearing up the Xterra circuit in the USA and in Europe and is on form for his title defence in October as well.
Finally two time World Champion Paolo Bettini rode strongly on Saturday at the Olympics in support of his teammate and looks to be coming on great form for the rest of the season. It's World Champion time at Specialized and as usual we're racking up the wins!
