Ride Description
A friend of mine from Church On The Move, myself, and my wife went for a ride on the paved bike/jogging trail that runs along the Creek Turnpike. We didn't go all the way because we got sidetracked in Hunter Park (dodging disc golf discs)!
It was a lot of fun, and I'm practicing my sprints on the road. I'm trying to build up some explosive power that will help me on the hills in the trails.

The Creek Turnpike trail is a great one. I've taken east out to 193rd in Broken Arrow and back to Jenks a few times.

The new section of trail on the west bank from I-44 to turkey looks like it is about done. It should be a nice section in the shade. I haven't heard word on the bridge over Mingo creek on the Creek trail yet. Some say it should be in by this spring.!?
