Specialized Tour de France Commercials, Part 2

We filmed this commercial about 6 weeks ago in Europe. It's the second of two we produced for this year's Tour de France (the first was with Tom Boonen). We filmed Paolo Bettini in Tuscany, riding on the roads of the town where he grew up, Casale Marittimo.
A little insider info for Riders Club members: The story in this commerical is entirely true, and was totally unplanned. We found this area during our scouting sessions, and decided it'd be a great place to film. When we got there, Paolo started telling us the story about the tree and his grandfather. On the spot, we changed the plans to include this story, and we're stoked about the way it turned out.

The music in the Bettini commercial was written specifically for the commercial. So it's not "officially" a song that exists elsewhere.

SPECIALIZED got it right! The commercials are great. I am glad to see someone in the business show the passion of cycling. I loved all of the commercials from SPECIALIZED played during the tour. I hope they do more in the future.
